I have spent my entire career in the Richmond area, accumulating over 1500 hours of massage experience thus far. Currently working alongside two amazing chiropractors, therapeutic massage has become my favorite modality. I am also very skilled in deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, sports, and Swedish massage. I have recently become certified in Oncology Massage and the Aromatouch Technique. Aromatherapy is another passion of mine — I will be a certified Aromatherapist very soon!

Indigo Massage
Valerie Kennedy offers individualized massage therapy sessions, catering to the needs of each client. Massages may use a variety of techniques that can include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, reflexology and/or stretches. Every massage is different, since each person has their own preferences. Depending on your health history and recent activities, your body may best respond to certain techniques to promote muscle relaxation and muscle recovery. She listens to your requests, but is also guided by the feedback provided from your muscles and soft tissue of your body.
