Dr. Katrina Mayes, D.C.
“Chiropractic helps so many people in our community feel and function better — it’s a profession that I am proud to be a part of every day.”
Dr. Kat discovered the miracle of chiropractic after suffering with daily tension headaches for almost a year. She then encouraged her husband to try it as he suffered from asthmatic bronchitis and multiple food sensitivities, all of which resolved with chiropractic adjustments. Her experiences sparked a desire to share it with others by becoming a chiropractor herself. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian from Life University in Atlanta, GA in 2010. She and her husband, Tony, share a love of animals and live in Colonial Heights with their three dogs. Dr. Kat often spends weekends volunteering with various animal rescue groups.
Dr. Theresa Graf, D.C.
“There is nothing better than a patient’s joy at being able to play with their kids or return to their hobbies without pain.”
Dr. Tess became passionate about chiropractic after experiencing amazing results with chronic migraines that conventional medicine was unable to help. She also worked at a chiropractic office, seeing patients recover from a variety of ailments. She ultimately decided to become a chiropractor to help others heal. Dr. Tess graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor’s of Biology degrees from Life University in 2010. She lives in Chester with her husband, Peter, and their son, Josh.
‘Working with the docs allows me to share my story and give others hope that they can take their life back, too.”
Lorna started out as a patient in her teens and joined the office in early 2017 at the front desk. She lives with her family, two cats and a horse in Chesterfield and recently received her Associate’s degree from J. Sargent Reynolds. Lorna is working part-time while attending VSU to earn her Bachelor’s of Animal Science degree.
“I have a job I love and the opportunity to share with others what the docs have done for me.”
Lisa became the newest addition to our practice family in July of 2019, both as a staff member and patient. She and her husband live in North Chesterfield; she is the proud mother of three boys, two dogs and a cat, and “Gigi” of two grandchildren.
